<p>For those of you who are familiar with&#160;<a href="http://www.conelrad.com/">CONELRAD</a> and <a href="http://conelrad.com/duckandcover/cover. ... e=01">Bert the turtle</a>,&#160;you should know that Bert the Turtle was inducted into the National Film Registry, in 2004.&#160;CONELRAD is a site dedicated to Cold War propaganda and&#160;Atomic culture.
