It looks like the Roadkill Warriors team are pleased with the reception of their first release, and JuanDaMan has made an update to the mod's site saying what the group plan for the future.

And now last but not least.

We
are planning on releasng a patch (Alpha v0.5). We have still not set a
date but we have gathered a nice todo list. Some features/bugfixes will
be implemented and some might be moved to the third patch Here are some
snippets from the internal todo list:

Weapons balancing.

Vehicle handling improvement.

New Weapons / Items

General bugfixing.

Reload system for all weapons.

Special features for vehicles.

Destructable models in maps.

We're also planning on releasing a mappack, hopefully before the patch.

I haven't played it, partly because I can't be bothered to reinstall UT2004. Is the mod any good?
Secondly, the mod with the pretty webpage, Blue Moon Rising,
had an update about a week ago with one of those "we're not dead"
posts, to follow up their previous "we're not dead" post.
