The Movies, Music, and Games thread

Talk about music, movies, TV, books, other types of entertainment and what your vices are. Also, if you're addicted to the high you get off Aspirin, this is the place to talk about it.

They were a lesbian rock band that split up in 2002 I think, but still play private shows from what I've heard. They split up mainly because no venue anywhere would put them on... too much sex.
Rock Bitch! Yea! I am not that big of a fan, but I have a friend that only watches Rock Bitch... I saw one concert when they were fisting eachother - that was cool. I remember the singer saying "FOUR FINGERS" and the crowd went wild ! Then they inserted the fingers.
What amazed me was actually the amount of people at their concerts... they did play something along the lines of goth-rock, right?
The question one has to ask is what kind of people go to their concerts: goths or people who like porn(that are not goths)?
Probably both. Looking at the audiences in the video I have they are mainly men but I think there are some women. I wouldn't really call it goth rock either. I think the singer calls it clit rock, heh.
Clit rock! Hahaha! Thats a whole new genre. Maybe some new bands will follow their example...
There are no 'knowns'. There are thing we know that we know. There are known unknowns. That is to say there are things that we now know we don't know. But there are also unknown unknowns. There are things we don't know we don't know. So when we do the best we can and we pull all this information together, and we then say well that's basically what we see as the situation, that is really only the known knowns and the known unknowns. And each year, we discover a few more of those unknown unknowns.

I don't think it's surfaced in my part of England, IMDB seems very keen on it though, probably better than 'Churchill: The Hollywood Years'.

GISH's concept isn't very original. it's a ripoff of an Amiga game, only it's more colorful.

Aye, but the gameplay is fairly awesome (with the realistic physics and stuff), so it's all good.

GISH is different enough from Silly Putty for me to like it on it's own. It's not really a direct rip-off. Not without the babies and the evil cat.
Don't hate him because he's beautiful.
