<strong>[Game -> Interview]</strong> - More info on <a href="http://wikipocalypse.duckandcover.cx/in ... .A.L.K.E.R: Shadows of Chernobyl">Game: S.T.A.L.K.E.R: Shadows of Chernobyl</a>
<p>I don't know who <strong>Atem</strong> is, but he's <a target="_self" href="http://www.gsc-game.com/index.php?t=com ... ">answered some questions about STALKER</a>. As is traditional, the interview is pretty stupid:</p>
<blockquote>
<p><em>2) Can you tell us what is causing the delay? How complete in the game
A:
We started STALKER development as ordinary FPS, but during the
development process we've integrated too mach new features (some of
them are unique), so we need more time to make everything work
properly. As for the second question: Debugging, balancing - main
things now.
- Q: So level design is done?
A: Yes.</em></p>
<p><em>...</em></p>
<p><em>
11) Right atem, The following are "spoiler" questions, just to feed our passion <img border="0" src="http://www.gsc-game.com/images/_icons/em_smile_01.gif" />
i) Witch Jelly in the game?
ii) Will MP-5 made it to the game?</em></p>
</blockquote>
<p>There is no answer to the final question, presumably because Atem lacked the motivation to continue.

He probably just shot himself by that point. After reading those questions he got depressed about how stupid the fanbase are and how much time he has wasted trying to please them, I guess he took the easy way out. End it now and prevent the long, drawn-out torment of finishing the game and suffering the fans.

And your avatar STILL looks like some guy who just found his missus in bed with his gramps...Edit - holy chit, 6000 posts soon
Back onto STALKER, I still can't see the damn thing being made at all - it's been in production for how many years now?
The word 'Vapourware' that I've seen floating around suits it well.
