Interplay is still gasping for air, it seems. According to their latest SEC filing, they've gone and sold the Dark Alliance license.

I don't see how Herve hasn't gotten busted by the Corporate Corruption taskforce that President Bush made. Just look at what happened to those Adelphia guys.
