Smiley, the movie wasn't really about plot. It was just about conveying emotion. The premise is simple, yes, but going through how the war started, what happened, etc. would just be pointless because the story is just about the girl waking up and how she reacts to being lost and alone.
There are some inconsistencies in the "plot", sure. But once again this doesn't really matter because the movie isn't about a nuclear war and it's effects on fallout shelters or the world.

It conveyed emotions, sure.
"Oh well hey, there she's pissed maybe, or sad. Wait wait, now she said 'Mommy', that probably means something. I'm so touched by this."
It caused irritation and distress, thats what it did. Emotion nada, props +2, annoyance plentyful.
And Spaz, I'm more for 2 renegade guys out on a mission. You could be black or haitian, and we'd have these funny racial/cultural conflicts. We'd find loads of interesting people on our journey, and sometimes help them, sometimes kill them and take their watches ( at least you ) and in the end we discover a horrible sci-fi secret clue thing, that completely rearranges the whole plot and ends the first series with us looking into the camera, with supprised facial expressions.

Like a miniature A-team, eh? Sounds like a plan. I'll get us a windowless van to drive around the country in, you get the automatic weapons.St. Toxic wrote:And Spaz, I'm more for 2 renegade guys out on a mission.
That's a problem, because I'm whiter than bread. We may need a token ethnic, hopefully with an amusing accent. And maybe an endearing young boy for a sidekick/fluffer.You could be black or haitian, and we'd have these funny racial/cultural conflicts.
Yeah, like we discover this little girl that can bend spoons with her mind or something, except she's really a robot spy from the future. Then we could introduce laser guns into the second season.
