RPGDot have put up a feature of the RPGs they're anticipating at E3. It's pretty standard, but they mention Hellgate: London and Fallout 3 (though stating simply that it'll be absent).

Flagship Studios first came to light in early 2004, with Bill Roper
hitting the promotional circuit to hype the new studio that included
other key personnel from Blizzard North such as the Schaefer brothers.
Most observers expected Flagship to leverage their prior experience
with the Diablo series to create an action-RPG and just recently, they
unveiled Hellgate: London in PC Gamer. Hellgate: London depicts a bleak
city of London 25 year hence, inhabited by the desperate survivors of a
massive demon invasion. Like Diablo, Hellgate London is very much a
modern Rogue-like with lots of randomised elements but the twist is the
first-person perspective, with Flagship aiming for a more visceral
experience.

As for Fallout 3, my hot tip is that it'll be there next year in
some form. No, I don't have that confirmed by a sekrit source11, just a
feeling...

Yeah, FO3 @ E3...
Cardboard box made to look like a Gateway computer with a midget underneath it manipulating paper cutouts where the screen should be... And of course, Micheal Dorn will be behind the cubicle for the Celeb voice..
"You've come farther than you should have muttie... Time to die..."
*cough* "Mr. Dorn, thats from FO2, we're showing FO3..."
"O, hahaha, pardon me.... IT IS A GOOD DAY TO DIE MUTTIE"
