I recently tried both and it itches like mad when it grows after a few days tard

perhaps you should keep shaving then.

i have never cut any hair on my body. or my nails. some say i look like howard hughes if he was an abominable snowman. except i shave my neck, gosh darn it.

do you cut/not cut your hair for yourself or for other people?
