I'd say NMA is relish.

And if DAC is peanut butter I'm the peanut D;

I'd post more on NMA if it wasn't for all the turd moderators that ban anyone for any infraction of the rules. Seems the people that've been there for years are immune to the bannings, but bring in some new people and they're banned within the day. Even the perfectly innocent people that accidentally do something wrong.

Hell, my first 10 posts or so at NMA were in the wrong sections...No one really seemed to care...But shortly after the first death-ening of DAC, the mods became a bit tyrannic.

Then again, there are some posters who's goal is to be an obnoxious spam machine, and it's cool to ban them....But maybe depending on their post count at the end of a week. Say...125 posts in one week = ban for spammers.

Ban people for breaking the rules? Yeah, that sounds terrible.

We seem to have a lot of new posters who've been around less than a year, by the way. It's not that hard to not get banned. As I remember your posts were not held in low esteem, hell, you were welcome as far as I was concerned, I figured you just got bored with us

You're a slow one, Kharn.
suppose you're thinking about a plate of shrimp. suddenly somebody will say like 'plate' or 'shrimp' or 'plate of shrimp', out of the blue, no explanation.

Either that or I understand the implication and counter with the fact that I don't mind it. :drunk:

I was just saying, NMA overall is boring, but then again, it's a matter of tastes. NMA and DAC are two different forums, with different ways of moderating and administrating, different users, and I like DAC better.

Can I be blamed for that? I'm sure some will say yes.

What's this burn thing, Teatime? D;

One month. That's the interval between design doc leaks. Both released about the 14th of the month.

Given Van Buren has about 18 areas, it means we'll have Van Buren stuff every month for the next year and a half. Oh joy.

Personally, I hope not. The novelty of design docs wears off pretty soon, and considering Briosafreak thinks Reservation was Van Buren's top doc, there's nowhere to go but down

And you still wonder why I say "the more I hear about FO3 the happier I am it's free of Black Isle" ... ?

Well, let's be honest there, by the point we reached Van Buren BIS had about zero of its original Fallout developers left. Some developers with good or not-bad reputations, though. I never really understood why we're supposed to have been looking forward to Van Buren by definition because it was BIS and be weary of Fallout 3 (some would say, not me) because it's Bethesda.

Still, man, it doesn't look half as bas you're painting it out to be. Personally, I place it somewhere between Fallout 1 and 2. Slightly better than 2, especially in the setting, not as good as Fallout 1, in any way.

amongst others. It kind of goes without saying that RPGs have beaten that horse to death, revived it and beaten it to death again.
