Fallout fan-site <a href="http://stgfc.com/" target="_self">the Radiated Society</a>
have announced their second annual Fallout Trivia Contest. Just go to
the site and click the little contest button in the menu on the left
(the site uses frames so I won't give you a direct link).

about Fallout. The questions in this contest are from Fallout, Fallout 2, and Fallout
Tactics. All of the regular questions are multiple choice. After the regular questions,
you will find several bonus questions with different assigned point values.
The bonus questions are optional and will normally not be counted.
However, in the event of a stalemate, the bonus questions will be examined
in order to break the tie. Therefore, it may be in your best interest to
at least attempt the bonus questions. Lastly, I would like to thankk Arcy and Dirge of the Defiant

Why doesn't TRS have any dealings with us? Do they like to be isolated, or something?

What sort of dealings?

I wouldn't call TRS isolated, just...wel...hum...maybe I would call TRS isolated.

Anyway, go take a crack at the contest, its a bit on the super Fallout Freak side of the coin, but its fun.

About the quiz, I think it would be better to make all three(two? ONE?!) parts of the game separately.

I gave the quiz a go. I did think of popping open the dialogue files and just getting the right answer but I decided to do what I could purely from memory alone.

I expect my results will prove I suck.

I'm sorry, I can't be bothered to. I have a deep respect for Fallout as a game, an RPG, and a hobby that introduced me to some very fascinating people and eventually led me to life-consuming spamming at DAC, but it's a thing I no longer have adolescent fascination with. Quiz? No thanks.

Of course. How could I have missed such a pearl of the game industry? Unfortunately, the events, characters and other details didn't quite fasten into the jagged surface of my grey matter.

Indeed. I was able to answer most of Fallout 2 questions, while I sucked at Fallout and even more so, Tactics. Like I said, it'd be better to split it.

Sure, ask really tedious stuff like "What name did Ian have tattooed on his ass?", but do they ask for long winded essays on what causes mutations in Fallout? Jerks.

Those first few are SUPER fallout radioactive u238 fan knowledge. (The winner will obviously have cheated and checked the game)
