Randomly losing HP?

Randomly losing HP?

Okay I cant figure this out my main character will randomly lose up to 9 HP and he is not radiated is this some sort of bug or is something seriously wrong?
Is it they fear the pain of death or do they fear the joy of life?
Life is only an outer layer, for reality is only realized by the insane.

Did you take a Super Stimpack?

Thats the only thing I can think of right now that might make you lose HP.
