Here are a couple of drawings I made recently. I tried to capture two facial expressions that are associated with two distinct emotions, pain and surprise. Much to my dismay, they didn't quite turn out as authentic as I had hoped.

It's not easy to depict feelings and facial musculature correctly, yours are quite good. The last drawing emotes both pain and surprise, I think it's the eyes being open that does it.
