...I found regular wall lockers when I was exploring the editor.( I was looking for something else)...and now that I'm looking for the tile, I can't find them..I thought they were in Industrial...or in Prison...
I have scanned each folder and can't find them anywhere...
I know of the BOS lockers under entities...but these were just normal wall lockers...I think?!!

If you can't find them they don't exist. Which they don't. More likely you saw the word locker (either foot or the brotherhood one's) out of the corner of your eye as you were looking through the files and thought you saw something else. Done that enough times before.
