The Drugs, Alcohol, and Tobacco thread

Talk about music, movies, TV, books, other types of entertainment and what your vices are. Also, if you're addicted to the high you get off Aspirin, this is the place to talk about it.

LSD
Mushrooms
Beer = Becks or Natural Light : )
Liquor - Jim Beam, Jack Daniels, Or Jose Queirvo
Weed = Any - Shwag or Dank
Pills - Lortabs and xanaxs maybe a Perc - No Oxys though
Cigarettes - Camels or Marlboro 27's pretty much.

BUT all within reasonable ammounts - Unless I feel like Fear And Loathing..
Natty Lite? Ick. Natty Ice has way more alcohol. More efficient.
But then efficiency would dictate Vodka, or even Grain.

Just stay off the crystal/etc.

And fer the boo-tane guy: Use A Balloon With The Can! Remember Highschool chemistry. PV=K, and so on. We don't want to freeze our lungs, now do we?

As for me, just some beer, a little wine. Liquor very rarely, like about twice a year. No weed, except when someone gives me a puff of theirs (which is even rarer than I drink liquor). With no tolerance, it is marvelous. A treat, not a constant haze. I like it much better this way, as I was burnt for a while long ago. No hallucinogens, which I would subst. for all else. No availability. No interest in looking, either. I have long ago abandoned the ritualized negativity of the drug world for that of the intarweb.

I refuse to pay US$5 for a beer at a bar, so I usually drink alone, and:
I have books, many... many ... books.
Internet and Games, too.(I live 2 blocks from a store with a discount game bin, and they take trades.)
Feed your head.

Back from work. Did coffee, nicotine, pot, booze and trangs.
Nice afterglow. Everything is groovy. Some nuclear war would top this off.

Hey, I'm high right now. Cannabis freshly cut off the plant in the garden few days ago. Not very dry, but still good and effective.

EDIT: Just came back from a show with the Gutter Mouth.. Has anyone heard them play? I though it was shit but I guess I don't have much credibility right now. Anyway, Just wandering. At least I listened to the Doors in the car.

Calis seduced me to buy a pouch of imported Drum Halfzware Shag tobacco and hand-roll that shit. It's cheaper than cigarettes, and tastes better. As a side effect, I started smoking again.

Cigs taste bad. They're only useful to detect lasers.

Research provides certain statistics that indicate along the lines of 1 in 3 (or thereabouts) humans can hope (ahaha !) to develop some form of cancer (or cancers) at some point (or points) in their life (or lives, ahaha).

If these statistics were unflinchingly literal in function, it could/would be fair to say you were sacrificing of yourself so others need not suffer (as much). Sadly, the big C does not work in such obvious ways (it told me so last week over the phone, and as we all know, cancer is not a dishonest entity), and so it could/would be fair to say your behaviour is lacking in common sense. Perhaps. Maybe.

Transition from noble to silly. A tragedy in two parts. At least smoking isn't entirely one sided, aye ?

'It's what we doctors would call, bloody daft.'

YES. :drunk:
