Yeah, that's why I posted the link to the Drudge Report below it that talked about the joint war games held by Russia and China... Had to have at least 1 "credible" thing in there. Besides, I found the initial link to the transcript on PA media...

But, Since we're on this subject, lemme throw in my 2 cents... Heh, The Postman was probably one of the more realistic PA movies... When the bombs fall, you don't think there will be very firm racial lines drawn across America? First off, who legally owns most of the guns? Southern good ole boy sterotypes & such right? and then you'd have to account for all of the illegally owned guns... gangs/theives, etc... O and lets not forget the local law enforcement agencies which become self contained and operational under the Sherriff... Yeeeha! For a small taste of it all, just look at New Orleans... That's life after the bombs fall... Well, at least to some minor extent any ways. Sure, racism sucks, I find it distastefull, but to think it dosn't exist... Given the chance, a lot of people would act out their darkest thoughts if they didn't have the law to worry about and we all know it...

Nothing "holy" about it, but yes, you will see a racial divide... Granted, there will be many people just trying to stay alive and then there will be those who wish to gain control and those who want to leech off of everyone else... Heh, dude, I'm not racist by any means, many of my good friends over the years have been black, hidspanic, asian, all colors... I'm simply stating an obvious fact, if you want to ignore it, feel free to. If there is a nuclear war, don't doubt for a second that there will be groups within the US trying to gain control and some of them will be racially motivated... For example, how large do you think the KKK and Neo Nazi groups are? How well armed do you think they are? If there was no law within the US, what do you think they would do? No, imagine a convoy of say, 5, 000 Neo Nazis and KKK members heading down the highway, going from town to town... Don't think it would happen if there was no government left to stop them? And, the gangs... Well, they'll be less of an issue seeing as how the largest of them are all located in major cities, but still... They will be present. Honestly, I'm just saying that a post apocalyptic world will be a very nasty and dirty place, devoid of compassion and filled with hatred.

Honestly, guys; nobody likes americans. I don't believe this speech to be anything but the rantings of some paranoid psycho living in a mental instisution with an internet access, but still - the fact of the matter is that the rest of the world hates your political leaders and the things they're doing to the world. They need to listen to a united corps of scientists saying you can't keep on polluting the way you do, and they need to listen to the UN who says you can't go to war on people based on bogus theories and poor, coeersed "allies".

But all of that is old news that any european would agree to. The fact of the matter is that this article is bogus, false, made up. It's just some loony's way of trying to boost the military budget.

Any ways, yeah, as far as the article goes, it probably is nothin more than propaganda, but it makes for an interesting read, which is why I posted it and honestly, it probably is true, even though the Defense Minister might not have actually given it... But I have seen articles where he threatens the US. PS, far as pollution goes, we have fewer emmitions than most other countries because of our regulations on clean air & such... Most of your 2nd and 3rd world countries are just as responsible, if not more so.

Yeah, well when you have thousands of people headed your way... roaming the country side and possibly carrying weapons... I don't personally care if they're white, black, muslim, jewish, asian or anything else... I'll be sure to have some means of protection... You'd be an idiot not to... Granted, I'm a nice guy, I'd be one of the first ones to open up my home to a complete stranger, even if they were black, dosn't matter, I hate seeing people suffer like that... But, there are a lot who would rather "take" what you have instead of asking for aid. And then there's the media... Granted, the largest % of the people in NO (over the last week) are black, but, I can promise you that there were whites down there looting and such as well... The media just didn't show it/capture it on video I'm sure.

On a side note, I understand how bad the situation is down there, we lost our home in Long Beach that we were renting out, my Uncle has been without power and has storm damage and my Aunt lost her house... My parents just got back yesterday after going down there to give them food & supplies and we've considered taking in a family here... So... You just have to do what you can to help you know.

The US exported a bunch of its factories and industrial orders.
2nd/3rd world emissions are therefore much to do with US consumption.

Also note that in order to NOT be 2nd/3rd world these countries have to go through an industrial phase. You know, like the one the US went through. So the US gets to dump a bunch of slime and then "go clean"(ish), but others are denied doing the same?

PS: The "new thing" is to represent development as 5-world system. 1-2-3 world model is a cold war artifact.
