Yeah, the girl on the right - her face and her shoulder bleed through the "dildo".

It's not a dildo, it's probably some cucumber-shaped thingie, like a porcelain carrot or something like that. Some joker shaped it to look like a dildo.

I'm leaning toward a large carrot, since the girls are dressed as bunnies.
