Incorrect, good sir.
It is SMACX.
The expansion adds increased protection against Planet Busters and various missiles, adds two new warheads (Fungus and Tectonic) a new weapon (Attack 30, AKA HOLY SHIT.) and other new techs that help other, weaker strategies from the first game.
They also break the "Hunter-Seeker Algorithm" protection, with a new unit ability.
Actually, fuck me trying to list it all of the top of my head. Go here:
For some reason the main pages for AC and ACX are gone. Whatever.

Comparatively, writing to ground glass applied most liberally, enthusiastically, to one's orbits. You appear to be a literal, literary masochist. Consequently, you evoke feelings of dismay, unease. An action with an (one would think) obvious reaction, met with an unexpected response is potentially and often disturbing.
oi
*bump*
Civ4 is drawing nearer.
Tech tree has been released...
Modern day tech is severely cut though :/
And I am still bothered by the descision to decrease no of units :/
I feel civ3 has too few, and if civ4 is to have even fewer it may be the chit...
LABIA!
whats AC anyways?
I only know of 2 strategy games worth playing right now, and they're CivIII & Europa Universalis 2.
But yah.... parts of civ4 seem to suck... especially the few units part.
How is one supposed to develop a good combat strategy if there are few units. I just cant wrap my hear round this one.
