Right at the beginning of the game, when you talk to the farmer, choose the option to be really rude to him. Then, he'll say something like, "What kind of person are you, anyways?!" Answer "An incredibly angry person!!!!!!!!!!" The farmer will then give you $10,000 and a rifle.
