Fan Made Fallout release Holodisk Editor
<strong>[ Mod -> Update ]</strong> - More info on <a href="http://wikipocalypse.duckandcover.cx/in ... ?title=Fan Made Fallout">Mod: Fan Made Fallout</a>
<p>In other Fallout mod news today, <a href="http://www.fanmadefallout.com" target="_self">Fan Made Fallout</a> have released a new tool:</p>
<blockquote>
<p><span class="postbody">Some of you have waited for it. Some of you
haven't. Either way, here it is. Our resident tool-maker DjUnique has
made a wonderfully simple program that lets you edit holodisk files and
format them simply and easily! If you're interested in taking a look,
you can download it from <a target="_blank" href="http://modtools.djunique.org/">DjUnique's modding site</a> as well as <a target="_blank" href="http://www.fanmadefallout.com/IMG/news/ ... .exe">from FMF directly here</a> (500 kb).
In other news, our last update worked a charm and we've now got another
bunch of members onboard to help get things moving. For some strange
reason, most of those turned out to be artists so we're now really
getting the ball rolling on our art agenda at long last.
</span></p>
<p><span class="postbody">With the new people on board (and hopefully many
more to come), FMF seems on track to meet our anticipated 1st July 2007
release date. Though as always, we can use plenty more people to help
move things along so if you think you can help out, <a target="_blank" href="http://www.fanmadefallout.com/forums/vi ... ?f=5">feel free to make an aplication in our public forums</a>.</span></p>
</blockquote>
<p><span class="postbody">Two more years? As if anyone can wait that long.</span>

It's true:DarkUnderlord wrote:Actually, FMF is only a command prompt...
[17:08:35] <DarkUnderlord> To recap.
[17:08:48] <DarkUnderlord> We're making a command line tool that will never be released and which we can never finish.
This is, of course, to prevent any similarities between FMF and the other fallout games. This way nobody can claim that we're copying something else.
HHHhhhhrrraaaaaaaaahhhhHHH
Wait, what. I thought FMF was dead
