question about dailouges

can fallout tactics have Fallout 1&2 style conversation?
or is it "they talk you just listen"
can u set conversation with editor so that when u talk to some NPC
he tells you samothign and THEN YOU CAN CHOSE ANSWERS?

like

NPC says:
blah blah blah...

answers:
1.i rule!
2.whatere!
3.bye..

Only by setting up a lot of triggers and/or entities, there's no gui interface that'll will allow it.

Search the forum there's been several ideas for simulating a speech tree, one of them on this page even.
