Its really wierd cause alot of other have done that mission with that bug never happening. Only advice to work around to this is to cheat up a char to be exactly like the one you had. Otherwise allways make sure that all guns are not loaded when you sell them to shop keeper. 100 guns stockpiled on eachother still counts as 1 gun. But it they all have different amounts of ammo in them and are no stockpile than they make alot more items on the map. Same count with shop keeper inventory and your own inventory.
ok scrap the fishing idea... got that working at last. but umm? why does the game end on 24th Jul 2254 ??
did i die of old age (aged 32) a nuke went off? whats goin on i thought this game played indeffinatly so that i could build up a long lived well skilled character? as it is i had only just made my first handgun! hadnt completed any of the 'major' quests ..

Yea you got 13 years to play in the mod. If you download Vault net addon for it that usually is no problem cause you get the ability to travel to all locations without consuming any time what so ever. Otherwise dont rest so much. Use food to heal your self instead.
I really dont care anymore. Its gotten more attention and fame than i ever imagined it getting. And everyone has to come with an opinion about it. When it started getting included on dvd that comes with pc game magazines, all whining about it kinda lost the edge.
Maybe you could implement the 13-year-bug as a dream the player sees? The player knows THE bomb will explode or whatever happens.
Maybe i could, if i wasnt done with the mod. Just the thought of even starting something new with fallout moding or touching any of my allredy existing mods makes me kinda sick. A long time will pass before i start messing with fallout moding tools again.
well thanks for the replies.. looks like im gonna give up on this mod as well shame i was really getting into it... the random "GAME HAS ENDED LEAVE NOW !!" thing was a real pooper on my parade
