Talk about music, movies, TV, books, other types of entertainment and what your vices are. Also, if you're addicted to the high you get off Aspirin, this is the place to talk about it.
I just saw the movie last night and I kinda liked the first half but then the second hald or maybe the last 1/3 turn into a giant cluster fuck and I hated it. I remeber there being a lot of controversy when it was released, my parents saw it then and said it sucked too.
It got bad reviews when it came out but it did really good numbers, was everyone just wanting to see Tom Cruise or were people actually saying it was good?
Vanilla Sky was pretty neat, though like Aptyp said it's a chick flick. See it with your girlfriend and she'll cry, you'll get to tell her everything's ok and fuck her.
The ending was sort of an afterthought, heh. The hint in the very beginning of the movie was completely forgotten by the time Cruise's character "figured it out".
I liked some of it, though it seemed a bit scattered. So I like Jacob's Ladder better. It didn't really seem like a movie, just a bunch of star trek:tng episodes mashed together with tom cruise and penelope cruz and he wears a mask sometimes. I liked the dude though, sup.
Cruise should be electrocuted for being himself. All movies where he appears are horrible shit. Got all parts from scientology friends in business. And it shows.
