I was once in Reno (though didn't even get out of the car so don't know if that counts) and had this funny "Fallout2-New Reno" feeling, but this is Bydgoszcz, Poland. I don't know about winter in Nevada, but judging by the heat of the summer in Vegas I'd be surprised to see this kinda snow there.

Average annual snowfall on the valley floor is 25.3 inches. I was there in January last year for an interview, and snow was piled up to my balls. Very good street cleaning system, though.
