How to post images?

It's been a longtime since my last post (like anybody cares...) but I'm still working on my campaign and wanted to post some screenies. but sorry I am stupid and don't know how to post images, can anyone give a brief tutorial (in laymans terms) on how to Post images.
Also wanted to say thx for those new maps (the Cave are just what I needed)

Upload them to Imageshack and then copy & paste the url (you want the one that says thumbnails for forums) given into your post.
