Play in sandbox mode, you can turn off all the micromanagement there.POOPERSCOOPER wrote:I got the game just to be able to make my own movies, but by the time I got to the part where you can make your own movies I was bored with the game. I've never really liked those management games.

Change compatibility mode in XP?S4ur0n27 wrote:I'm trying to play Transport Tycoon Deluxe which I downloaded here but it won't work, must be something with Windowx XP. The site says the game is compatible with Win95/98, so what can I do?

I wouldn't say it was a rehash of the first one. The stock market worked the way it was supposed to and you could do some pretty neato financial moves. It definitely added another dimension to the game. Also, the graphical look was very functional and resembled a miniature railroad in a world scale despite a few interface glitches. I enjoyed the campaign mode very much, not to mention some excellent user-created maps I downloaded. I've only read negative reviews of RT3 so far; it being a failed rehash of RT2 with 3D view.
