As far as black people go it is pretty easy to explain.
I'm sure you know as well as me that blacks are a minority.
They don't let us forget it.

I guess there should be more black women.

Are there any asians?
The only one i remember was a trader in a Random Encounter outside Junktown in FO.
What is really amazing is how there aren't more hispanic-type people, since this is California.
I'm not sure about 1950s California. I guess it makes sense that there are mostly whites. Even in the 1950s, though there were hispanics around.
