Mark Morgan did an awesome job on the previous fallouts, it'd be nice if Beth. brought him back for FO3. Does anyone know who's responsible for FO3's score? It's a pretty important role.

I doubt it's even been announced. I'm suprised we even got a press release of Fall Out 3's existance, much less their musical composer for it.

Mark morgan hasn't actually been doing music for some of the games hes worked on lately. Moby games has him listed as an artist on games like Sin:vengence and 25 to life. Maybe he forgot how to tap dance like in the days of old.

There's a rumour going round' that the Fallout 3 soundtrack will be composed of nothing but Budgie tunes, as the Beth devs felt that Panzer Division Destroyed encaptured the essence of Fallout's 50's Future athmosphere.

The source, however, wishes to remain unmentioned.
