I think that this is good news. I mean, even if the announced game is not Fallout at least we will know what bethsoft is doing. They may have said that there will be no Oblivion add-on's but I doubt that. It's too big cash for them...

Sigil might be a hard place to make for Bethesda. But I think the Planescape world could be made into a first person game and still rock. All the crazy architecture and demons would lend themselves well to first person I suspect... Well, ok, let me put it this way... Sigil is as good a starting point as you can get, but even so you can still screw it up.
