UK version or North American version?

So I have both theese versions of Fallout, I know one of them is with kids and the other without. But what version is what? Is there any way to tell?

UK version is without kids. But you can download a patch to fix it. Easy way to find out:
1) post on a forum
2) install them.

Play the UK version because it is morally wrong to kill children alright.

Alright, children killing is wrong morally because of this the US version is the one to play.
