Yea I am afraid of that too, but he is also supposed to be a fucked up war vet not just a gangsta kinda a guy.Anyway, I really liked his acting in the machinist and american psycho maybe he will surprise us once again
I saw the movie tonight and it wasn't very good. Its basically just two guys drinking and smoking weed while driving around LA. There isn't that much point to the story and was a bit boring. Bale as a gangster just wasn't working for me, people were actually laughing at the slang he was using and shit.
Quite a few people said the movie was horrible and that they were getting their money back when they were leaving. That was coming from little wannabe gangsters too.
Oddly, my dad thought the movie was interesting and that it was very realistic for how it is on teh streetz.
It has that Training Day vibe and they have been advertising that in the previews "From the Makers of Training Day" or something, probably some executive janitor assistant. About the only thing they have in common is that they drink and do drugs in their car a lot like in training day.
One of my favorite Bale lines from the movie:
(His mexican friend)"YO I JUST GOT A JOB AND IT PAYS LIKE 12 AN HOUR"
Bale: "DAMN, thats a lot of lettuce"
People in the audience were like LOL WTF? It wasn't meant to be a joke either.
Anyuerism, my dad doesn't have any street cred but hes said in the past he had to pull his gun on some negros looking to mess him up and take his car.
can someone torrent it, remove everything from the movie except for the part with that line in it, and then send the cut to me?
suppose you're thinking about a plate of shrimp. suddenly somebody will say like 'plate' or 'shrimp' or 'plate of shrimp', out of the blue, no explanation.
I don't think it lazy to not want to download a whole movie just to see 5 seconds of film. Thor could have easily filled the request if he hadn't already delteed it.
