Jagiełło is pronounced more or less /yaGYEL-lo/ but both 'L'sounds (or one suspended) are not actually L's, but rather something like the English /w/ - so perhaps rather /yaGYEW-wo/. The 'o' at the end is short - similar to the o in English 'dog.'
