But, a question: Why I'm not building mutant settler if I have Mutant Tech, Tribals and Green Goo?
Probably do not have enough population in the building city, you need three extra pop to build a settler.

Have you patched Conquests to version 1.22?

Only reasons you could not build a settler is, no green goo, no tribals or not enough population. Are the green goo and tribals in your strategic resources box? And by three extra, the minimum to build is 4, 1 pop left in the city and 3 for the settler.

Another question, have you patched your version with the update? If not then the settlers are even more expensive.

Got it patched. Trying to play with the NCR guys. Hey, can I (or Chulthu, I think he played it more than me) post a review about it on Vault of the Broken Dreams?

Already posted. There's are few people right now, but they liked it:

Vault BR

And man, I told you that I was playing NCR, right? I had a short war with that #&$¨@ Maxson, that began when he atacked my capital. HAHAHAHAHAH, you suck Maxson! Guess what: Just after I founded my third town, Deathclaws atacked me and robbed me of ALL my money. Wonder why they need it... (But at least that gives us a good survival challenge)

Will do. Here is the next preview. :pirate:

Since Ancient One is wanting to see some tribals in real bad, ;) next up are the Northern Tribes minor civ.
The Elder was never named in the game, so if anybody has a better name by all means suggest.

make a new thread for the elder's name suggestions, then pick the best and run a poll.

Ahhh! I knew that something was missing! Tribal civ! Well, In my opinion, you should make another tribe as minor civ. Arroyo could make quite a interesting challenge, and maybe they special unit should be "Chosen", ehheheheheheheh.

Well, since we got two tribal talking heads, you could make a Arroyo civ, and a minor civ with Hakunin. He rocks.

Oh, and Why Vault City have the overseer, not Linette? I mean, when I think on Vault City, Linnete's face always apears on my mind. She's the face of the city. Linnete as cultural minister don't stick with me, in my opinion. She SHOULD be they leader. She IS Vault City, if you know what I mean, heh.

The cultural minister could be... eeeer... Okay, I can only think of Decker right now. Sorry, will think better after a bath.

Well more than one tribal civ has been planned for. ;)

Since civ 3 has no event system the tribals are only there to give the player civs are hard time, more of that survival thing. :pirate: So they do not have anything special except the ability to pump out LOTs of units.

The very first Overseer in Fallout was the one from Fallout 1. So he gets the nod. Lynette is fine as a cultural advisor since she was so opinionated anyway. :drunk:

The Civ is the Vaultdwellers and vault City is just the Capital. So in essence Lynette is just a mayor. :eyebrow:

By the way... Are you going to stick with eight civs and some minor civs? Or you're going to do more?

Right now the plan is for the 8 player civs and 8 minors including the critter generating civ. The map is only 112x134, so that should just about fill up most of the usable map. The rest being filled with barbs and various scum of the wastelands. :pirate:

The rediscovery of trade does this;
4 culture per turn
2 happy in all cities
+50% research output
+50% luxury output
+50% tax output
Increases luxury trade
In the city built it increases trade arrows by one on worked tiles
Pays the maintenance on all trade installations
And finally the treasury earns 5%

Unfortunately civ limits us to 5 culture groups, so we can have only 5 different types of cities and such. Lots of civs use the same citiy types, unfortunately.
