i understand the law is supposedly meant for happy slappy baguette-chavs, but i honestly thought the violence was the no-no part of those happenings, not the use of audio-visual aids.. personally i would encourage them in their recording. film it, post in on that internets, and put your full name in there for bonus-glory.

however i guess the law will brighten up the day for various garlicy men of the law, who really only want to crack some dissident skull without some party-pooper videotaping the fun and then procede to whine his way to supreme court.
