Is it two full lengthed movies or two short ones put together?
And did both directors work on both films or is each one made by the other? Deathproof looks kinda cool with Kurt Russel but the other ones seems to have a lot of other kinda cool shit in it too, except for hte girl with the gun for a leg.

Isn't grindhouse just a snotty way to say exploitation movie?
I rather like the original El Mariachi, the Mesican one pre-Banderas, it's got a gritty Beaner-Terminator vibe to it.
Edit: The Mystery Science Theater 3000 version of Manos is unwatchable even with all their clever riffing over it.

You can't argue with a good blow job -George Carlin
Each director made a full length feature individually and they even made some fake trailers to show in between.POOPERSCOOPER wrote:Is it two full lengthed movies or two short ones put together?

Yes it is. That's the only one they've apologized for showing during the show lol.Cimmerian Nights wrote:The Mystery Science Theater 3000 version of Manos is unwatchable even with all their clever riffing over it.
Scary thing is, the MST3K version has about 35 minutes of footage cut out of it..

Mystery Science Theater 3000 was a show on Comedy Central, and then SCi-FI channel where 3 guys would be forced to watch really bad b-movies. You'd basically watch them as they riffed on how retarded the movies were, usually the worse the movie, the better the material for them to skewer. It's probably the only bareable way to watch Manos.
