74 hours with no drugs, including caffeine or any other stimulants? if so that's pretty hardcore, the longest i've stayed awake with no caffeine was in the ballpark of 40 hours and i was quite freaking out by the end of it, blurting out random things and the like. also i was in my friend's apartment and i thought i could fly, and was seriously contemplating jumping off of the balcony

a pretty harrowing experience alright.

Some people can stay awake for ages without freaking out. But not me. I don't admire them, though. I love sleeping. That's why I recently go to bed at 9 PM, so I can sleep really long!

i've stayed up drug free for a couple days on end when i needed to for school or some such shit, resulting in some minor sensory hallucinations near the end.

fun fact: the USAF gives dexedrine to their pilots to keep them alert and awake during long missions. that's what we need, more pilots with thousand pound bombs tweaking on speed.

i too like to sleep.

also, atoga, is that a list of drugs you've taken?

i've got a friend who claims to not be able to sleep, in reality he can for a couple hours at a time. he suspects it has something to do with a shroom trip that messed up his sleep cycle.

what's your story blargh, surely you must take naps, even short ones.

or are you like that guy in that episode of the x-files who hadn't slept in 20 years and worked at a diner and had giant swollen eyeballs.

Eyes sealed, form still, languid thoughts, barely breathing, clock smoke, patience worn. Frustration. Fugue state ? Often what-would-be-surreal. Fogged memories of vividness and energy upon a path of weariness. Too much to be done. Will and circumstance. I do not appreciate doctors.

Swollen eyes would be rather ducky, though.

Dude, I'm in pain, but I can move around perfectly. It just hurts all the time, so shut the fuck up. I use the pain mostly as a pretext to make other people do stuff for me. It's great, coz you have lots of slaves this way.
