Yeah, I was thinking I've seen the curly decorations at the top of Corinthian columns integrated into art deco styles, but I was probably looking at Greek (revival) without knowing it.

Times when artware was handmade are gone with the blastwave.
New artware is copy-paste from others, and two or three clicks in photoshop for color adjustment. So no more talent is required, and Bethesda can produce new 'artware' very quickly to hype the game.
It's no good omen that they're starting with such cheats.

thanks for clearing that up.

the artist probably didn`t find any destroyed 60`s setting buildings, so he used new ones from some pictures. today, there will be again a new concept art, as far as i know,

i feel bored by that shit. the concept arts have nothing to do with Fallout, so why should i care.

Blizzard would be perfect for Fallout 3. At least we would get real nice Fallout concept art and isometric view, we may get some comic look also, but thats better than what Bethesda is currently doing.
