I really hope that that was an early mistake. Otherwise it's CnC3 revisited except in space and much worse.

All blizzard's games run on low spec machines, this is one of the reasons I like them. Any prettiness tends to come from the artwork/design, which is harder to get an idea of in screenshots.

Though, yeah, it does look like WC3. The plot/campaign will be the thing I buy it for, though.

Download the teaser cinematic. It's pretty cool in a visual sort of way. And the final line is fucking right.

However from an "immersive" point of view it's fucking stupid. If it takes five minutes to suit up every marine what happens if a base is raided? It'll be like five hours before they're ready to defend themselves.

Also the introduction of this new hero angers me. Jim Raynor, please.

I absolutly freaking love Starcraft 1 both for story and gameplay so this is probably the best day of 2007 for me

.

The graphics have WC3 style indeed but they are much more detailed and as it has been pointed out before, it isnt a bad thing that it can run on older machines and Blizzard usually aim for that.
