It appears to be post-war construction. It looks like pipes are coming out of the Memorial. Very strange

Tho if Ive read it right, he wasnt even really the concept artish, just the 'lets have someone draw some vauge shit to show the fans before we show OUR vauge shit.'

Tidal power still isnt really useful nowadays even, they wouldnt have it in a 50s retro future.
