I've posted about the 12th of June media gathering ages ago on the blog. They don't invite anything fan related to those events. Apache from V3D had a playboy mansion invitation for that day that he has to miss, he's not happy
I've already written a couple of times that from that meeting more juicy staff will come than from any teaser. Oh and after the Game Informer piece there will be something about Fallout 3 on Uk's Edge magazine too, the others will follow after the meeting.
I'd love to see Boatright murmuring completely shitfaced with white undies and sweaty skin on the table wearing a clipless weapon and a milkshake in the other hand "tthiisss...iiss SPARTa...yyuurr....spppaarTA!" and the fall over drunk on to the floor. That should work well with the suits.

Oh boo hoo. I have no invitation for that day and I'm not happy. If Apache is so upset, why doesn't he give his invitation to Bethesda to me, someone who is more suited to cover a Fallout press event than anyone at a mainstream site, and then he can go to Cali and hang with the Hef.
Pete Hines needs to start incorporating sites like DAC and NMA into his press racket. Even politicians know they have to do it now. Bloggers and websites are becoming much more influential than mainstream media, and people know it. Hines is worse than any politician that I know. This whole "I can't comment on that" attitude is really not helping things.
