Yeah, bought some new DVDs... Thank you for smoking, Dr. Strangelove and 16 Blocks. Watched 16 Blocks last night, which was pretty good. I liked the proportions of action-drama-thriller, there was enough shooting, not too much drama and the thriller-parts worked fine, too.

Dr. Strangelove I've seen several times, but I just had to buy it on DVD, since my viewing media has been VHS so far. I've heard good stuff about Thank you for smoking, what do you guys think? I'll probably see it some night this week.

I watched TYFS today and it was sweet. It's not much if you're looking for an action flick or some easy-to-laugh-at comedy film, but otherwise it's a fine movie. Acting was good, I especially liked Macy and those "dealers of death" or whoever they were.
