Look, just make a good game, and you wont have piracy trouble.
Yes, it's that simple.
As for the recommended requirements..
That's for running everything on "medium", right?

"How high a resolution can you play this game at with recommended specs for DX9 and DX10? What will the frame rates be?
Pretty much whatever your monitor and card support. For a really good frame rate we would probably recommend 1280x1024, though you could go higher if you prefer higher resolution to super high FPS.
Will the game run fairly consistently at 30 FPS on the recommended system specs with medium graphical settings?
Definitely, and probably higher."

Funny how I would have killed for good hardware to play games like this when I was a teenager, but now that I'm older and can afford anything I want I don't give a rat's ass anymore. Running everything in 1920x1200 kind of spoils you...

No matter how good it is.
FUCK big brother with my fucking PC.
What if I uninstall, then want to play it when I have no net ?
Companies liek this ruin gaming (regardless of if the game is good)

I'm going to get this on my xbox360 and run it through my monitor so I can actually see the game and I run the system through my computer to get internet. It's basically going to be my second computer I guess, haven't played it in a long time though.
