I used to be a religious Simpson's fan when I was younger until like 8th grade when they started to suck a bit. I went to go see it last night with some friends and it was alright, had some funny stuff in it and felt like a long episode on TV. Theres so many Simpson characters though that they didn't use all of them that well but they got most of the good ones in with some funny stuff.

About 6 black kids ran into the theatre like halfway into the movie thinking they were all cool because they sneaked into the movie without paying until a security guard came in and went straight to them and told them to get out. One of my friends said "get teh fuk out" and they were all like "stfu we fuk u up" and we told them to go back to Santa Rita jail. :gansta:

It sounds pretty meh. Same as you I burned out on the Simpsons long ago when it took a steep downward curve that it never came out of. That or I just grew out of it. I don't know.

I'll see it on dvd.

Futurama rocks. Simpsons suck. I never liked the Simpsons and never will. I look forward to the explosion of the sun only because all memory of The Simpsons will be erased from the universe.

What Pooper said, it had some funny moments and some things they couldn't show on television, but other then that, one long TV episode. Worth the download, save your ticket moneys.

Now a Futurama movie, I'd pay for two tickets just to see it once.

I too, was a die-hard Simpsons fanatic until a few years ago when it started to suck. I will definitely see this movie sometime.

The movie was rather good. Was worth it if only for spiderpig. And fuck you Futurama fans. It'll never be as good as the Simpsons.

Futurama was always good, it never had that slide into shitsville. Futurama should've been continued instead of getting dumped. And spiderpig was in the commercial, so I've seen the best part, though it was rather good.

I liked the film, it was a bit too much family film and mainstream, though. The cliche child love story and father-son thing is silly
