I realize none of this is Fallout-related and I will get back to doing Fallout stuff when I can think of something to draw. Unfortunately I have entered a Falloutless funk just when all this mockable FO3 news is coming out. I am going hiking this weekend and plan to meditate on some worthwhile content.
Thanks to everyone that looks at my shit and enjoys it and until I get back to Fallout here's some other stuff... I am actually planning on putting together a small book of my macabre poems with the pictures for Halloween.
I don't know why I thought the idea of a ladybug being adopted was so funny but I did and there you go...

Thanks a million Pip. It does a body good to know you enjoy...
Well here's a new one called the Tinkering, nothing special but enjoy....
Also I have excellent news. I am honestly starting a bi-weekly Fallout comic. It won't be like the one over at NMA or any type of commentary on FO3, but just a violent yet kinda funny story based on the travellings of a vault dweller and eventually another character (secret ) I have some really great characters all designed and the first two comics almost done. KoC gave me content editor status awhile ago and I have just been waiting for some good shit to pop in my head before I abuse my power.
I may try to get the character designs up soon but I would rather jump in and finish as many as I can before school starts. But thanks for still checking out this forum despite the lack of Falloutness. I promise its coming.

Psychosniper will definitely make an ammoless appearance.
Ok, so I started the comic and decided that the vault dweller would be leaving Vault 27 (this was completely random decision). But now thanks to The Vault, I find that 27 was deliberately over-populated. Once again proving that I need to research this stuff beforehand. Although I got the first two comics pretty much inked, I think I'll go back and start it again.
I want to mention the effects of the overcrowding. I also found out (I'm sure this is common knowledge) that Vault 13 was meant to be closed for an extended amount of time. This brings me to another question: what was the standard number of years a vault would stay closed before it was opened? I'll look through the Vault and The Bible but if anyone knows offhand, it would be helpful. Back to the drawing board I guess.

So here it is, the first episode of Bauma Adamhach. If anyone can figure out what the name means you get a cookie. Anyway, I plan to put one out every other week. I have seen other internet comics that get a little overzealous about their schedule so I figure two weeks is long enough to put together a one-pager no matter what circumstances may arise (knock on wood). This should show up as content on the main page soon but I couldn't wait to show it off..
I know it's short and there won't really be a punchline to each one but I always wanted to do a Fallout comic series so enjoy....

Adamhach is Celtic for "atomic energy" and bauma is "beam", so it's Beam Atomic Energy, or to put it in English terms, your protagonist's name is Atomic Ray. Very cool. The Coke typeface is also a nice touch.Dogmeatlives wrote:So here it is, the first episode of Bauma Adamhach. If anyone can figure out what the name means you get a cookie.

His name is actually Adam Hach. I'm pretty sure bauma means bomb in gaelic but whatever. I was gonna use the HALO font for the title but then I decided not to do a HALO comic. Anyway, I have the next two in photoshop as we speak, and just finished the fourth in pencil.
I'm also working on a kinda funny Evolution of Fallout armor picture which I started months ago and just forgot about. I may put out the next comic next week as I'm sure I will finish it by the weekend.
Mechanurgist, you get a cookie by the way.
