I just got my second birthday cake in Animal Crossing last month. I think that Todd Howard actully finished both Fallout 1 and 2 - in a twist of of irony. It seems to me, though, that Pete Hines don't know that a FPP can have turnbased gameplay?? (assuming that it can, of course).
