My idea, not a *major* factor in gameplay.
Well anyway, you know how this works if you've ever played PnP games or the like. I think it would be pretty neat to have special traits and negative traits NOT COVERED BY THE REGULAR TRAIT SYSTEM. It would include small things like
Positive
Can sleep anywhere
literacy
linguist (can learn languages)
Negative
drunk
gambling addiction
kleptomaniac
phobias (snakes, spiders)
poor eyesight
Basically it would take into account smaller things than in FO1/2. However, it could only work if they were randomly generated.
