Highly worth a rental. Very minimalist and creepy. There isn't much of an ending, but after a while you realize there doesn't really need to be.
Also, the less you know about the plot beforehand, the better. Don't read up on it too much.

The throat cut scene is pretty cool, but otherwise it's quite an unrewarding movie experience.
As for the minimalisticness and creepyness, Tarkovsky does it 10x better.
