Greetings DAC. I wanted to take this moment to let you all know about a certain development here at DAC. It was brought to my attention that a certain member of the forums, TNP, was repeatedly using racist/nazi/anti-semetic insults/attacks/etc throughout the forums. After being repeatedly warned against such things, the moderation staff suggested we ban him. After much deliberation, it was decided as such.

DAC is a very open place, and we don't really censor much of anything that goes on here, but there is a boundary. We will no longer tolerate posts that blatantly support nazism, antisemitism, racism, etc. There really is no point to such posts. They offer no worthwhile contributions to any sort of topic of discussion here at DAC, even in the Wasteland. Moderators are going to be taking a stricter attitude towards posts such as this.

In addition, some of the avatars of DAC users now fall under this category of scrutiny and need to be changed. I would appreciate it if you changed them on your own instead of me having to tell you.

I would appreciate cooperation in this matter. TNP was taking it too far and was banned. Please don't make me ban anyone else. Thanks.

I didn't really notice anything different about TNP but now that I think about it I probably unconscionably skimmed over all of his posts . I kinda feel sorry for him because now hes banned from both the Codex and DAC, hes probably living on the streets digging through maggot infested trash looking for food.

I kinda feel bad too. He was getting a bit crazy though with the reteric. I'm as racist/sexist/everythingelseist as the next guy but one has to give it a rest some times.

And he was warned so it is Gulag for him...

he knew he had it coming, yeah. also i got the impression he was just coming here to vent and not contribute to the wonderful dada of it all, so ehh, no great loss. carry on team!

as he has been banned from the internet forever he can now bring his national socialist words to the street & get a revolution going from the ground up. wonderful!

speaking of nazis, vx trauma is missed. i'll pray for him

Um, can we still call each other swell guy and stuff, all in good fun? (Those of us who don't use it in every post and such)

No problem - I usually just read the articles and call Bethie boys "fags" or "fuckers". No racist stuff. I save that for the really important stuff.

I think the Fallout series attracts a more thoughtful/ intelligent/ paranoid crowd. In that way, I feel that DAC is as original and inspired as the series it is dedicated to.
