Yeah, banning is totally the easy way out. Also, since you've taken the first steps along this road(in addition to appointing new moderators), forum users no longer know where the line goes between offensive and non-offensive posts. As far as I know, no one took offense of TNP's posts. That's something you don't see on other forums.

yeah I know this all too good. Just this time I didn't feel like acting according to this. I can afford that. Point is, at DAC I feel like I was sitting at a table and chatting with my buddies. Why don't we have a democratic vote? KoC chooses ten random and impartial jurors. We can have a TNP banishment case thread with a a poster for defense and one for prosecution. After both arguments are heard, the jurors PM their vote to KoC and majority wins....
