That looks like this early PlayStation game I can't conjure the name of. It came out around '95 or so. Fuck, now it's bugging me.

Oh shit yeah, I had a 2nd look through, you did indeed. Looks like I'm not the only person who played that dire game (however I recall it being pretty enjoyable when I got it).
