Talk about music, movies, TV, books, other types of entertainment and what your vices are. Also, if you're addicted to the high you get off Aspirin, this is the place to talk about it.

So that's one for team gay, Daryl and Urizen make 3. Anyone else? Maybe we finally found a way to form two DAC softball teams for competitions.

Humans get into relationships, it's not a solely m/f thing, and being gay doesn't have anything to do with it, unless you hork in your mouth at the word she and can't look past the context to the common denominator.
Agreed.

Urizen wrote:i haven't seen those numbers before, but i know that most professionals now think gayness has to do with both genes and with pre-birth hormone levels, so i'll assume that you're right, or at least close to the truth. i still wouldn't call that a character trait, though, but i'll agree that it contributes to traits that may develop later in life. :vague:
I have no intention to back up my claims. However, empirical evidence suggests that gay people often have certain behavioral mannerisms, which can feel strange to a heterosexual. I've always had the impression that spotting a gay person(especially a male) from a crowd isn't that hard. Or maybe my reality has been distorted by television fashion shows. Just out of curiosity, how do you spot a gay person?

A couple of weeks ago I met a girl in a bar, and I was 100% sure she was a dyke: shaved head, lots of facial piercing and tatoos, complemented by a black wife-beater, military style pants and military boots. After several beers it turned out that she was heterosexual. That said, empirical evidence is a fuckload of shit.

EDIT: it WAS clitoris, I SWEAR!!

So how do you make new gay acquaintances; purely out of coincidence? Or do you just ask?

I've also made a similar assumption and been wrong. Dunno, maybe it's harder to spot female behaviorisms. Besides, you were mostly describing the physical appearance.

Such persistent, consistency. Fixed. You see my words. Looking past the meaning that isn't, that couldn't be. There, or anytime.

I see your words. Laughingly. :drunk:

I think this topic should mark the last time I try to type things without more screaming and cursing.

True, but to be fair, it seems Blargh has stepped down from the pedestal of dada. :S
